Simplifying AI provides AI-powered data analytics tools:

• ChatPlotDB: Natural language database querying that allows users to query databases using plain English, plus related services offered through the Simplifying AI platform.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or databases
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the services to process sensitive personal data without proper safeguards
• Exceed rate limits or abuse API access

5. Data and Database Connections

When connecting your databases to our services:

• You retain full ownership of your data
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect and query your databases
• We process queries on your behalf but do not store query results beyond session requirements
• Database credentials are encrypted and stored securely

6. Pricing and Payment

Our services are offered on a subscription basis:

• Pricing is based on usage tiers and features selected
• Payments are processed monthly or annually
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Service Level Agreement

ChatPlotDB is currently in early access. We are working toward a formal Service Level Agreement for generally available plans. During early access we commit to:

• Best-effort availability and transparent status updates
• Active monitoring and timely incident response
• Regular security updates and maintenance

Specific uptime targets, response-time guarantees, and credits will be published with our general availability release.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, algorithms, and documentation, remain with Simplifying AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services in accordance with these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simplifying AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
